35-year-old denies assault
A Ramsey man will stand trial after being accused of assaulting a woman and causing actual bodily harm.
Martyn Arthur Faid, of Westbourne Road, denied the offence during an appearance at Douglas Courthouse.
The incident allegedly happened at an address in Peel on 13 August.
A pre-trial review will take place on 27 October – the 35-year-old has been bailed until that date.
