Kitching accused of assaulting PCs
A Douglas man will stand trial after denying assaulting two police officers.
Donovan Bradley Kitching, of Clarence Terrace, also denies resisting a PC in the execution of their duty.
The three offences allegedly took place on 12 January.
A two-day trial will start on 15 March; the 38-year-old has been bailed until that date.

UPDATE: Kitching was sentenced to nine-months in custody suspended for two years.
He was also ordered to pay £250 in compensation to each officer he assaulted, and £800 in costs.
"We think it's inhumane the way he was treated."
