36-year-old accused of committing two offences
A 36-year-old man will stand trial after denying indecently assaulting a teenager.
James Mark Smith, whose address was given as the Isle of Man Prison, appeared at Douglas Courthouse.
He entered not guilty pleas to two counts of indecent assault which allegedly took place between 7 April and 12 June this year.
A pre-trial review will take place on 22 February.
Update: At Douglas Courthouse on 20 August Smith was jailed for eight months. He was also placed on the Sex Offenders Register for 10 years.
