42-year-old also denies assaulting two police officers
A Douglas man will stand trial after being accused of sexually assaulting an emergency services worker at Noble’s Hospital.
The 42-year-old, who can’t be named due to anonymity rules introduced by Manx politicians, denied committing the offence during an appearance at Douglas Courthouse.
He allegedly kissed the woman on the neck, during a visit to the Emergency Department, on 8 November during an ‘unwanted hug’.
The man also denies assaulting two police officers on the same day.
A pre-trial review will take place on 6 March; he’s been bailed until that date.
