24-year-old appears at Douglas Courthouse
A Foxdale man will stand trial after being accused of losing control of his car and crashing into a field.
Ashley Robert Gardner, of Archallagan Terrace, denies driving without due care and attention on 10 January.
The 24-year-old has been bailed until a pre-trial review on 1 June.
