37-year-old denies offence
A man from Anagh Coar who is accused of assaulting his girlfriend will stand trial later this month.
Thirty-seven-year-old Barry John Devlin, of Darragh Way, appeared at Douglas Courthouse.
At an earlier hearing he pleaded not guilty to assault – the allegation is said to have taken place on 15 January at his home.
Magistrates bailed him and he's next due to appear in court on 21 March.
