56-year-old also denies obtaining personal data of another man
A Douglas man will stand trial after being accused of using a police database to access intelligence reports without permission.
Peter Michael Devereau, of Selbourne Drive, denied committing the offence during an appearance at Douglas Courthouse.
The 56-year-old also denied unlawfully obtaining personal data from the Isle of Man Constabulary’s ‘CONNECT’ system on or about 27 April.
A pre-trial review will take place on 24 October; he’s been bailed until that date.
Update: At Douglas Courthouse on 21 December Mr Devereau was told he'll stand trial on 29 February 2024.
