41-year-old denies swearing at man who allegedly wet him whilst washing car
A Kirk Michael man will stand trial after denying making threats towards his neighbour.
Simon Oxborough, of Slieau Curn Park, appeared at Douglas Courthouse where he denied using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour.
The 41-year-old is accused of swearing at his neighbour, and threatening the safety of his wife and children, after the man wet him whilst washing his car on 5 June.
A pre-trial review will take place on 10 October; he’s been bailed until that date.
