56-year-old enters not guilty plea
A Douglas man will stand trial after denying committing domestic abuse.
Philip Jeremiah, of Christian Road, appeared at Douglas Courthouse where he entered a not guilty plea.
He’s accused of displaying behaviour which could or did cause physical or psychological harm to his wife between 1 April and 9 September.
A pre-trial review will take place on 14 November; the 56-year-old has been bailed until that date.
