Isle of Man based millionaire Trevor Baines and his wife will appear at a Court of General Jail today on charges relating to money laundering.
Sixty-eight year-old Mr Baines is charged with assisting another with the proceeds of crime and of falsifying records.
Forty-nine year-old Wendy Baines is accused of false accounting.
