Christian says those behind on payments face difficulty accessing support schemes
Government should be educating self-employed Manx residents about the importance of paying national insurance.
That's the message from Douglas South MHK Claire Christian, who's concerned about the wait some have faced for support payments during lockdown.
A number of schemes are available to businesses and individuals, but most depend on NI payments being up to date.
