Number out of work now stands below 600
Unemployment on the Isle of Man has fallen below 600.
That's according to Treasury Minister Alf Cannan, who gave an update on the figures on this lunchtime's Mannin Line.
At the end of April, there were 751 people registered out of work.
Mr Cannan stressed that the numbers are unaudited, but welcomed the fall:
