Alex Allinson has been discussing his pink book as part of a special programme
The Treasury Minister has been defending his Budget as it's scrutinised by other politicians, businesses and field experts.
Alex Allinson insists his pink book is a 'Budget for the Isle of Man' which feeds into goals set out in the government's 'Island Plan'.
Politicians have previously made calls for reforms to the process of setting out government finances to allow more time for scrutiny.
Speaking during Manx Radio's Budget Special, Dr Allinson was asked if he would consider allowing MHKs to vote on it in parts:
John Wannenburgh: 'Commitment, compassion and an unwavering sense of duty'
Manx Utilities 'deeply saddened' by death of chairman
"Tynwald will be a less colourful place without John" says president
