Cannan calls for government to act on issues sooner
The Treasury Minister believes action to help businesses along Douglas promenade should've been taken sooner.
Alfred Cannan has given his reaction after people have spoken up about the disruption to them from ongoing refurbishment works.
The Environment and Infrastructure Policy Review Committee took oral evidence from the DoI and a number of businesses last month.
