Outgoing Teare says Island's financial position is not alarming

That’s the message from the Treasury Minister who says critics who paint a bleak future for the Island are unhelpful.
Eddie Teare will stand down from the post when he retires at the end of next month.
He says while there’s no time to be complacent, economic growth is continuing and the Island’s financial position is far from an alarming one.
