Pleased with shares return as company reports higher profits

The Island’s Treasury Minister says he’s pleased with the return from the government’s investment in Pinewood Studios.

Eddie Teare was speaking in the week the group revealed its pre-tax profits had risen by 50 per cent in the last financial year.

In a statement, the company revealed the success of Star Wars and James Bond films played a big role in its performance this year.
