Ashford thinks current measures 'favourable' compared to elsewhere
The Treasury Minister says inflation on Island remains a 'serious concern' that government is trying to tackle.
David Ashford warned in Tynwald last month it could peak at around 10 per cent at some stage later this year.
As of last week, more than £850,000 had been paid out in government support to almost 3,000 residents to help with the rising cost of living.
