Communication is 'not good enough' says Alfred Cannan
A central projects unit is being called for by the Treasury minister to put more 'rigour' into the Douglas promenade refurbishment scheme.
Alfred Cannan says the current planning and communication around the project is 'not good enough'.
It's after infrastructure bosses heard from businesses along the promenade two weeks ago.
