Aim to build relationship with customers

The boss of the firm which will soon handle the patient transfer service in the UK says staff 'fully understand' what is needed - and her door will remain open for any comments.

Karen Long is the Managing Director of ComCab Liverpool, which is due to take over from Bridgewater on 27 March.

There's been concern expressed by many users of the service since it was announced that Bridgewater had lost out on the contract.

However, Mrs Long says they are very familiar with the type of work, having similar contracts elsewhere, and they will be striving to ensure that the transition is as smooth as possible.
