
Only a small minority of drivers are failing to use the new Groves Road junction correctly, according the director of highways.
Bruce Hannay was responding to criticism of the new lane and traffic light system on the main Douglas to Castletown thoroughfare.
Mr Hannay (pictured) is satisfied the changes have improved the flow of vehicles in the area, but he recognises there are some problems:
