Permanent road humps could be installed in Castletown
Organisers claim proposed traffic calming measures in Castletown will have a severe impact on rally events on the Island.
A number of permanent road humps could be installed early next year if plans to clamp down on speeding are approved.
That would mean an iconic rally stage, which runs through the town, would be unable to go ahead.
