Town regeneration is working in Ramsey.
That's the belief of Ramsey Commissioner Richard Radcliffe.
In Tynwald recently Graham Cregeen came under fire recently when he suggested all future regeneration initiatives should be accompanied by a business case, to prove that value for money is being achieved.
