Multi-million pound strategy approved earlier this year
The number of people in Douglas and town centres around the Island will be monitored to see if a scheme designed to support local retailers is making high street busier.
The multi-million pound Local Economy Strategy was approved by Tynwald earlier this year.
The initiative aims to tackle parking challenges, reduce the number of empty properties and bring more people into retail areas.
