Michael Gove claims Tory win will be good for IOM
The U.K's snap general election on June 8 will not damage the Isle of Man's interests during Brexit negotiations.
That's according to Tory MP and prominent Leave campaigner Michael Gove.
He met with Tynwald members yesterday (21 Apr) and says he hopes to develop a better understanding of the challenges the Island will face when navigating Brexit.
Mr Gove also wants to secure an invitation for Chief Minister Howard Quayle to speak before the Brexit committee in Westminster.
