Construction due to be complete by 2021
The infrastructure minister admits time is tight when it comes to getting the new Steam Packet ferry terminal in Liverpool finalised.
It was recently announced the facility would be built about half a mile away from the current berth, at a cost of £30 million.
Construction is due to be complete by 2021.
