Second Supersport race scrapped
The weather has put paid to any TT action on the penultimate day of the festival.
Race organisers delayed closing roads around the Mountain Course before calling off planned races of the Monster Energy Supersport race 2 and the SES TT Zero.
The latter has now been re-scheduled for 10.15am tomorrow morning, but the second Supersport contest for TT 2017 has been cancelled.
Clerk of the Course Gary Thompson initially pushed today's action back by three hours, however, after further consultation with the Met Office, any hope of racing was ruled out at midday.
