Pro-life campaigners say they still have educational role to play
Pro-Life campaigners say they still have a role to play regarding abortion.
This week the Abortion Reform Bill has passed the last of its legislative hurdles and will now go for royal assent.
The move was welcomed by the Campaign for Abortion Law Modernisation.
On yesterday's Mandate programme (Thurs), Stephanie Kelsey from CALM said she was overcome with joy.
However, not everyone approves of the move. One of those who strongly opposes the bill is Ros Taisia.
Despite overwhelming support for the law modernisation, she thinks pro-life campaigners still have an 'educational role' to play.
