Report to be brought before Tynwald
Policy and Reform Minister Chris Thomas insists data will be protected if a Single Resident Record is introduced on the Island.
He's presenting a feasability report to Tynwald on the matter when the court sits next week (December 12).
At present, personal information on residents is kept on around 60 main databases used in 200 separate systems across government.
