
The second-in-command at Isle of Man Post has refuted allegations there was a lack of consultation with the workforce over changes to the pension scheme.
Geoff Corkish MHK (pictured) spoke out after the Communication Workers Union issued a petition of no confidence in the Post Office board - and its chairman Pam Crowe.
It was signed by around 200 workers - whose union leader claims changes to the pension scheme, which is closed to new employees, have been brought in without consultation.
The union has also described industrial relations at Isle of Man Post are at an all time low.
But Mr Corkish says they HAVE consulted the workforce (audio file attached):
