Theft of high value guitars

Police are appealing for information from the public as they hunt a group of guitar thieves who stole instruments from a local music shop.

Peter Norris Music in Finch Road, Douglas, was targeted at around 9pm yesterday (Wednesday).

Officers say those behind the theft smashed a window and made off with a number of high value guitars.

A small group of men were seen leaving the area with the instruments.

They were walking along Kingswood Grove, towards the Manx Museum.

Anyone with information about the theft is asked to ring Police Headquarters on 631212 or the anonymous Crimestoppers line on 0800 555111.
