Central hotel on the market for £1,840,000
A central Douglas hotel is up for sale for more than one point eight million pounds.
The Savoy Hotel, Bar and Grill on the capital's promenade has a four star rating from the Isle of Man Government.
It includes twenty rooms with en-suites and one executive self contained apartment.
There's also a three bedroom, three bathroom suite for the hotel's owners.
Despite being on the market, the hotel, bar and grill are all open for business.
The owners say family reasons are behind putting the completely renovated hotel up for sale, and it's nothing to do with the promenade regeneration works or the lack of visitors due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
They are not worried how long the sale takes and will continue to operate as normal.
