What could be the biggest rock gig of the year in the Isle of Man has just been announced.
The Kaiser Chiefs are to play the Villa Marina on August 26.
The band, which normally fills concert arenas and football stadia, has won a huge fan base through songs like 'I Predict a Riot' and 'Ruby, Ruby'.
Today's announcement follows extensive negotiations between Port Erin-based Triskel Promotions and the band's agent.
Director of Triskel Lenny Conroy says signing the band for a venue like the Villa is a real coup.
