HOK's Speaker disappointed at Howard Quayle's 'surprise' decision
The news that construction workers can return to work this Friday, has been met with disappointment from some politicians.
Speaker of the House of Keys Juan Watterson says the announcement wasn't revealed to Tynwald yesterday morning, and therefore wasn't subject to political scrutiny.
Mr Watterson says he's disappointed members won't get the chance to question Mr Quayle, until after the measures have taken place:
