People working longer before they can claim their state pension isn't welcome, but it is inevitable.
That's the reaction of Age Concern Isle of Man chief executive George Quayle after Manx government revealed the Island is to fall into line with plans for UK retirement ages.
The state pension age for women in the Isle of Man will rise to 65 by 2018, then the age for both men and women will go up to 66 in 2020.
Mr Quayle says retiring at an older age will present problems:
