Supermarket giant has created 380 new roles since taking over Shoprite
Tesco has told Manx Radio it has faced some issues recruiting on the Island.
The retailer is currently continuing its redevelopment of Shoprite stores which has created around 380 new jobs.
Recruitment has been a well-documented issue for the retail, hospitality and leisure sector in recent years.
And Store Director Andy Sanderson admits the supermarket giant has also been affected:
