Funds to be raised for mental health charity Reach Isle of Man
An 18-year-old is hoping to raise more than £2,000 for local mental health charity Reach Isle of Man by cycling 300 miles.
Jake Barnes will be tackling the distance this weekend using a stationary bike at Bikestyle in Noa Bakehouse.
Mr Barnes has been training for more than five months, and hopes to complete an Ironman triathlon in the future.
He says it is a 'personal' challenge:
