The 17-year-old is accused of being responsible for the blaze, at the derelict property on Woodbourne Road in Douglas, on 11 August 2023.
Committal proceedings – where the case is elevated to the Court of General Gaol Delivery – will take place on 7 March; he's been bailed until that date.
Update: At Douglas Courthouse on 7 March committal proceedings were completed. He will next appear before the Court of General Gaol Delivery on a date to be set.
