Jobs to go in telecoms firm restructure
Manx Telecom says a plan to invest heavily in technology over the two years will increase efficiency and improve customer service.
Up to 40 jobs are set to go over the period, as part of a major company restructure - all through voluntary redundancy.
CEO Gary Lamb says costs will be saved as the workforce slims down, but insist greater use of technology will improve the offer to customers.
While redundancies are being offered across the board, Mr Lamb says they'll ensure keys skills are retained.
