Isle of Man Steam Packet Company confirms stern ramp issue
Technical issues on the Ben-my-Chree caused delays for passengers coming to the Island this morning.
The Isle of Man Steam Packet Company has confirmed to Manx Radio that due to technical issues with the vessel's stern ramps there was a delay to discharging vehicles from this morning's sailing from Heysham.
A spokesperson says: "The ship's crew and Company workshop team worked to resolve the issue as quickly as possible."
The 8:45am sailing was slightly delayed setting off, but is now en route back to England.
