A strike would be the next step, says NAHT
One of the unions in dispute with the Island's education bosses will begin industrial action this time next week.
The NAHT has announced it will start action short of a strike from 30 January.
The body insists the move won't have an impact in the classroom, but will cause disruption to the functioning of the education authority.
With a recent ballot also showing support for a walkout, national secretary Rob Kelsall says a strike would be the next step if the situation isn't resolved:
