
Dyslexic youngsters in the Isle of Man would benefit at school if all secondary pupils were made aware of the learning difficulty.
The Manx Dyslexia Association has held a series of events this week to mark its 20th anniversary, explaining its work among families with dyslexic children.
The charity's screened a film The Big Picture which explains the problems dyslexic people face with memory and the written word.
Chairman Sue Rutter says while some dyslexic children are offered extra support at school, much wider understanding and acceptance of the condition would be a great help:
