Tax return fines imposed

Thirteen Isle of Man residents are paying the price for failing to submit their income tax returns on time.

Magistrates have imposed fines totalling £4,200.

All bar two of the defendants also had to pay costs, of £125 each.

The cases were heard at Douglas courthouse.
