Tax return fines imposed by magistrates

Nine Isle of Man residents are paying the price for failing to submit their income tax returns on time.

Magistrates have imposed fines totalling £3,350.

All but two of the defendants also had to pay costs of £125 each.

The cases were heard at the courthouse in Douglas.
