
Twelve Isle of Man residents have been fined a total of more than £10,000 for failing to get their tax returns in on time.
Magistrates handed out the fines at Douglas courthouse, ordering the defendants to pay up to £1,000 each, plus court costs.
The Treasury say the penalty can be up to £5,000.
