Former UCM student George Harris is now Chef de Partie at 'Source'
A talented young Manxman who's working alongside a Michelin starred chef at a prestigious Lake District Hotel says any young people on the Island considering a career in the kitchen shouldn't hesitate.
George Harris, a former catering student at UCM, is now chef de partie at the 'Source' Restaurant within the Gilpin Hotel near Windermere.
He says working in the kitchen is hard work but there's nothing like the adrenaline rush of a successful service:
