Comes in response to new toilet policy implemented at BHS
Tackling bad behaviour in the Island's schools needs to be a top priority, according to the Children's Champion.
It's after a new policy introduced at Ballakermeen High School limiting when students can use the toilet has been implemented in an attempt to tackle vandalism and bullying.
The move has been widely criticised, saying it infringes on children's basic rights.
