Statement released as incident remains ongoing
The Isle of Man Post Office has released an update regarding the incident involving a suspicious package at postal headquarters.
Post Office CEO Simon Kneen says the whole team is working hard to minimise any disruption to customers during this situation, which is out of their control.
He adds staff will aim to deliver the best possible service to customers within the limitations imposed, and in line with the advice supplied by the police
Mr Kneen also thanks staff for their professionalism, and apologises to customers for any inconvenience caused.
