Charity urging people to use the opportunity to share honest opinons
Those living with diabetes are being encouraged to take part in a survey about the Island's healthcare service.
The Health and Care Transformation Programme for the Isle of Man launched the questionnaire following a review of the Island's healthcare services last year.
Local charity Diabetes Isle of Man is also urging parents and carers of residents living with the condition to share their experiences.
