Chairman says some fans have been 'disappointed' with shorter schedule
Fans of the Manx Grand Prix are hopeful the current format of the event could be reconsidered going forward.
That's according to the MGP Supporters Club which says some of the 'purists' who follow the races have found the change, to a shorter nine-day programme, from last year 'disappointing'.
Race organiser the Manx Motor Cycle Club has previously stated the move to the newer schedule will ensure the long-term future of the event.
Supporters Club Chairman Allan Brew told Manx Radio, whilst hoping for changes in the future, he does believe the event will be around for years to come:
