We need to make sure professional help is available, says Chief Marshal
Having proper support available for TT marshals who've had to deal with a serious incident on the course is 'hugely important'.
That's according to the IOM TT Marshals Association, after five riders lost their lives in four incidents during this year's festival.
Among the services available is giving marshals a chance to talk with the TT's Chief Medical Officer and a professional psychologist.
